Your Role as a Customer Service Representative - Healthcare (Remote)
As a Customer Service Representative - Healthcare (Remote), you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Helping customers resolve technical issues and concerns related to healthcare services
- Assisting with correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns
- Assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
- Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
- Being efficient in navigating multiple systems
- Delivering expert customer experiences...with a smile
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED
- Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
