Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and communicate effective solutions - Communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, providing exceptional service and support - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on resolving complex customer issues - Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn - Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
