Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and courteous live chat support to community members, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to our services and programs.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, ensuring that our community members feel valued and supported.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided, and escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills
