Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our Data Engineering team at arenaflex. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines that support our Media business. You'll work closely with our Choice Science, Client, and Innovation colleagues to deliver high-quality data solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines that support our Media business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, plan, and execute data projects
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools, such as Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and Python
- Create and maintain data sets, tables, and views to support science models and visualizations
- Deliver high-quality data solutions that meet business requirements and drive business growth
- Work with large datasets and cloud-based technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS
- Collaborate with our DEVOP team to develop and maintain automated work schedulers
- Develop and maintain data pipeline documentation and knowledge base
Advancements and Tools
* SQL (primarily Snowflake and PostgreSQL)
- Python
- Docker
- Gitlab
- Wind stream
- ETL/ELT tools, such as Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and Python
- Cloud-based technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS
What You'll Need
* Four-year college education in Software Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL data pipeline development and support
- Demonstrated expertise and skill using Python and SQL (ideally with Snowflake)
- Experience working in a multi-cloud environment (Dev, QA, Goad, etc.) and DEVOP strategies for code organization/development
- Experience creating and maintaining automated work schedulers
- Solid understanding of data set planning and capability
What Will Set You Apart
* Experience working with large datasets and large data technologies, ideally cloud-based, like Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
- Proficiency in cloud design and product contributions, ideally AWS
- Experience managing and delivering code using a source control item like GitLab/GitHub
- Experience using Docker
