Job Summary
As a Cargo Agent, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cargo services. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders while resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process cargo shipments, including booking, tracking, and delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless cargo operations
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and cargo shipment data
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work flexible hours, including early morning and evening shifts, to accommodate our 24/7 operations

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, logistics)
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications
