Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo and baggage from aircraft
• Providing exceptional customer service to passengers and handling customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and security protocols
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve operational goals and objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in a related industry (e.g., retail, hospitality) is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 70 pounds) and work in a variety of weather conditions
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
