Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Insights

In this role, you'll join the growing Business Intelligence Team at arenaflex, a cross-functional team that drives customer and business growth through various marketing channels, including email, paid advertising, web marketing, brand, social, SEO, ASO, and more. Your daily responsibilities will range from advising marketing profiles on high-value customers to testing and analyzing the effectiveness of new campaigns. Expect to collaborate with partners including senior leaders, across different departments to provide an data-driven perspective on marketing decisions. Data is at the heart of everything we do, and you will play a crucial role in preparing the team to scale key initiatives across the marketing organization. Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with partners to understand core needs and leverage your experience to develop flexible solutions that anticipate future requirements and convenience

• Become an informed authority on arenaflex's marketing metrics and key information sources
• Utilize analytical tools (Tableau, SQL, etc.) to support scientific and reporting capabilities
• Identify significant, systematically determined insights to improve business performance
• Build and maintain reporting for marketing KPIs, and set goals for different campaigns
• Identify valuable opportunities to improve or add to existing perspectives on data, resulting in better resources for extracting learnings
• Practice sound business judgment and influence the direction of arenaflex's business by actively working with and delivering results to cross-functional teams

Essential Qualifications:

* 3 years' relevant business experience handling complex problems and determining insights using quantitative methods

• Experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or private equity firm, or analytical role at a high-growth B2C or e-commerce tech company
• Proficient analytical skills, including SQL, advanced Excel modeling, and Tableau dashboard building required
• Business acumen, and an enthusiasm for marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and customer growth
• Understanding of statistical significance and experience with A/B testing and experimentation for web or software
• Outstanding problem solver with the ability to transition between detailed data and high-level insights to drive decisions
• Proactive collaboration and communication within your team and cross-functional groups

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or D3.js
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
