Job Summary

As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand on social media platforms, providing rapid responses to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and advocating for our products. You'll be part of a global team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge electric vehicles and renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve technical issues related to our electric vehicles and renewable energy products, including charging questions, Autopilot functionality, and energy storage solutions
  • Provide personalized interactions with customers, treating each inquiry as an opportunity to build brand loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informative responses to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of electric vehicles and renewable energy solutions
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, etc.) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the electric and renewable energy industry

  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, etc.)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
