Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Assessing clients' needs and recommending suitable products that meet their financial goals.
• Educating clients on different options and pricing, and preparing and presenting insurance plans in a clear and compelling manner.
• Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and providing reviews and updates on their policies.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
• Achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (entry-level candidates with a strong passion for sales and customer service are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

* Salary: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, depending on experience and performance.
