Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to our clients and their website visitors using Live Chat software. Your primary tasks will include:

  • Logging into our clients' Facebook and Instagram accounts to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering queries, resolving issues, and providing top-tier service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handling multiple incoming requests for information and remaining composed under pressure while delivering enthusiastic customer service
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and support across all channels

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is adept at handling multiple incoming requests for information and remains composed under pressure while delivering enthusiastic customer service. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in using Live Chat software and social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Ability to work independently, closely follow provided instructions, and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

Contract and Compensation

* Contract length: No fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour
