Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Business Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound calls from business customers inquiring about arenaflex products and services
  • Building customer and brand loyalty by addressing inquiries and handling customer needs with a high level of respect and professionalism
  • Creating customized solutions to acquire new business using sales tactics learned through training programs, sales models, and mentoring processes
  • Proactively promoting arenaflex products and services to existing customers for cross/up-sell opportunities
  • Providing sales support to existing customers wanting to make changes to their accounts
  • Performing sales retention using sales tactics learned through training and mentoring processes
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics identified by CRC and Customer Experience leadership around customer experience, sales activity, and sales revenue
  • Utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Assisting the sales team focused on residential customers as business needs arise
  • Exemplifying high levels of quality, productivity, and efficiency in a manner consistent with continuous quality improvement

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A self-starter mentality and a strong work ethic
  • Strong research, investigation, and problem-resolution skills
  • Strong verbal, written, typing, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Spanish bilingual fluency in a business environment
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or sales environment

Remote Work Requirements

As a remote employee, you will be required to:

  • Work from home with a distraction-free environment
  • Provide your own internet connection with the following minimum requirements:

+ Ping/Latency 100ms or less + Download 25MBPS + Upload 5MBPS + Packet loss 0%

  • Be available to participate in internal meetings and trainings via video conferencing
  • Meet the company's performance metrics and expectations

Training and Development

arenaflex provides paid training for all new employees. During the first three weeks of employment, you will be required to attend training sessions from 8:15am-5:00pm Central (6:15am-3:00pm Pacific) without any time off. This training will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role.

First 90 Days

To ensure optimal development, you will be limited to requesting only 2 PTO days within the first 90 days of employment.
