What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will: - Provide inbound customer support to our clients, helping them resolve technical issues and addressing their healthcare-related concerns. - Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs by maintaining a strong customer focus. - Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all your available resources to provide the best outcome to the member. - Be efficient in navigating multiple systems and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile. - Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
Your Qualifications
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative (Remote) role include: - Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation - Minimum 6 months customer service experience - Verifiable High School diploma or GED - Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge - Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment - Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
