Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling real-time chat conversations with customers who need help with various issues, such as password resets, order tracking, and basic product or billing support.
  • Using our chat system, internal resources, and templates to guide your replies and ensure efficient communication.
  • Managing multiple conversations at once using structured chat workflows and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Flagging and escalating complicated issues to the right departments and keeping notes for every interaction to facilitate follow-up.
  • Maintaining a professional writing style, proper spelling, and grammar to ensure high-quality responses.

What You Don't Need

* A college degree or certification

  • Years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Any background in tech or specialized certifications
  • A résumé full of buzzwords and internships

What You Do Need

* A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute

  • A positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn fast
  • Comfort using a web browser, tabs, copy/paste, and basic navigation
  • A desktop or laptop computer (Windows or Mac)
