About the Role
As an Experienced New Customer Acquisition Representative I at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, renewal management, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new logo opportunities, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a strong, positive relationship with clients as a trusted advisor on arenaflex solutions
- Prospect, qualify, and process leads from various lead generation sources to meet annual quota objectives
- Grow the revenue stream by identifying new logo opportunities, win-back opportunities, and close cross-sell opportunities
- Effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective customers through a consultative process to ensure the majority convert to customers
- Maintain consistent and accurate data in Salesforce to support territory, account planning, and forecasting
- Work independently as well as a member of a team to adapt and manage change in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales organization
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's Degree: Required
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in high-value, business-to-business solution sales
- Proven success in new customer acquisition and a track record of consistent sales achievement
Essential Skills and/or Certifications
* Minimum of two (2) years of high-value, business-to-business, solution sales experience
- Proven success in new customer acquisition
- Highly driven, focused, and committed with a proven track record of consistent sales achievement
- Ability to manage and report on opportunities throughout the various stages within the sales pipeline
- Salesforce expertise a plus
- Ability to operate in a high-velocity, metrics-driven sales organization
- Positive "can-do" attitude, sense of urgency, and strong desire to be successful
- Strong phone presence with active listening, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, and a continuous growth mindset
