Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying a wide range of information, including flight schedules, passenger details, and operational metrics. You will work closely with various departments, ensuring that all data entered is correct and up-to-date. Your day-to-day tasks will include reviewing documents for accuracy, using our internal software systems to input data, and performing regular audits to ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
* Input, update, and maintain data in our internal systems with precision and accuracy
- Review and verify documents for correctness and completeness
- Perform data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with established standards
- Generate and distribute reports as required by management
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies
- Assist in training new team members on data entry processes and software
- Stay current with changes in data management systems and procedures
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related fields is a plus
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
