We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Government and Corporate Affairs Team within the arenaflex family. As a key member of this team, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, highlighting the benefits and features of our services
- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that affect the customer
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
- Knowledge of Native SABRE
- Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem resolution
- High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability
- Satisfactory attendance required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Knowledge of the airline industry and its operations
- Fluency in multiple languages
