Job Summary
As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients. This position requires an active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license, allowing you to interface with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve routine problems, and provide information regarding various client products and services.
Responsibilities
As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Actively listening to customers and asking questions to identify their needs
- Advising on plan options, coverages, and pricing
- Processing new and/or amended enrollments
- Ensuring that clients' customers receive authentic and positive experiences
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
- Working with both English and Spanish speaking customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Active Personal Lines or P&C resident license
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English (test required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies

- Ability to pass a background check
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
