Job Type and Working Hours
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Entering data into databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
- Verifying data by comparing it to source documents to ensure accuracy
- Updating and maintaining data systems as required to ensure data integrity
- Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested by clients or team members
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation and prevent loss
- Sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost or misplaced
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any incompatibilities
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations

Job Requirements
To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Experience with MS Office and data programs, including spreadsheets and databases
- Familiarity with administrative duties, including data management and organization
- Typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute
