Job Summary

As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries with care, providing excellent service through active listening, and resolving issues proactively. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, and communicate effectively with customers to de-escalate issues when necessary. Responsibilities

* Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information

  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and a customer-centric approach
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, using problem-solving skills and creative solutions
  • Appropriately communicate with customers, using clear and concise language to ensure understanding
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, using effective conflict resolution techniques
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, using arenaflex's CRM system
  • Provide feedback on call issues, helping to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, using arenaflex's digital tools and platforms

  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 wpm, with basic computer skills and familiarity with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems, with basic IT skills and knowledge
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems and components
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse customer bases and cultures
