Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for consulting with individuals and families who have signed up for our supplemental benefits. Your role will involve explaining our options, customizing plans to fit their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on our benefits and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their options

  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, help with claims or adjustments, and ensure accurate and complete documentation
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in a remote work environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with benefits, insurance, or a related field is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the benefits or insurance industry

  • Knowledge of BlueCross BlueShield and other major insurance providers
  • Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing platforms
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll enjoy:

  • Weekly performance-based pay and bonuses, on average $65,000 to $68,500 first year annually
