Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing communications on creators' accounts, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for both creators and their fans. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing sales links and offering discounts to creators and their fans
  • Offering support and guidance to creators on how to use our platform effectively
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and improve our support processes
  • Staying up-to-date with platform updates and changes to ensure you're providing the best possible support to our users

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work autonomously and follow detailed instructions accurately
  • A commitment to a minimum of 5 hours per week
  • A stable and reliable internet connection
