Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries.
• Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
• Previous experience in pharmacy, with a preference for LTC pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge (a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Great telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
