Job Summary
As a Finance Technology Enablement Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving the investigation and planning of vital F&A solutions. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop innovative solutions. Your expertise in finance, technology, and leadership will enable you to create and execute project plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
* Creates connections and teams up with key colleagues to comprehend their functional and business needs.
- Works intimately with inner partners to recognize process improvement open doors.
- Advances around monetary cycles, arranging philosophies, frameworks, reports and investigations.
- Goes about as the contact between the FP&A and the application advancement groups to empower change.
- Performs and upholds impromptu investigation, demonstrating, and projects on a case by case basis.
- Endeavors to ceaselessly work on existing cycles and stir things up.
- Develops and executes project plans to drive results, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provides expert guidance and support to stakeholders on financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Analyzes data and develops insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Essential Qualifications
* Four year college education in finance, accounting, or related field; postgraduate education preferred.
- 5+ years' involvement with accounting, endlessly finance innovation.
- Solid working information on fiscal reports.
- Solid comprehension of monetary apparatuses, information innovations, and information technique.
- Cooperative partner and capacity to take responsibility for/projects.
- Solid initiative and group the board abilities.
- Thorough, coordinated, and fit for dealing with numerous activities all the while.
- Experience with OneStream/CPM devices, SQL and Power BI an or more.
Preferred Qualifications
* Proven track record of driving innovation and growth in a finance or technology role.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of financial instruments and markets.
