Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat, phone, and email support. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email support, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members or management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives, including meeting sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing resolution times
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and support a positive, inclusive work environment

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or e-commerce environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and live chat platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Knowledge of the lighting industry and its products
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with sales and commission-based environments
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1.00/hour increase after 60 days of employment
