Key Responsibilities

• Review and remove nonessential data, as well as combine data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete, and methodically review completed work to ensure computation errors or duplicate values are corrected before submitting the final product
• File information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems, and investigate reports and sheets of data to identify trends and patterns
• Sift through websites for information, and retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress to ensure seamless workflow and efficient data management
• Collaborate with the data entry team to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems and databases

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field; beginner experience in spreadsheets and databases is a plus
• Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
