Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Client Experience and Team Development team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing teams. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency * Lead and manage high-performing teams, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, Quality, Labor, and Learning and Development * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners * Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to drive business growth and improvement * Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies * Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Need * 5+ years of experience in multi-channel contact center management or healthcare/medical services experience or equivalent experience * Proven ability to adapt to rapidly changing objectives and priorities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrated teaching and leadership abilities, with a focus on developing and empowering team members * Living within 100 miles of Pittston, PA is required * BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (5+ years industry experience in lieu of degree) * Strong PC and web skills in a technology-driven environment * Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel is a must) * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on presenting data and information to groups * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Position may require travel What We Offer * Competitive salary of $30/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional development and training * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance About arenaflex arenaflex is a leading online retailer of pet products, dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.
