Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist / Live Chat Support, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries through live chat. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt responses and delivering quality support that aligns with our values. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing product support.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Documenting customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate where necessary.
  • Gathering customer feedback and insights to assist in improving our products and services.
  • Staying informed about new features and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Managing customer accounts and ensuring proper onboarding to enhance their success with our offerings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with live chat tools and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers.
