Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, communicating with customers via telephone and assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their travel-related issues, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure that their travel plans are executed smoothly. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Review customer history as necessary to provide personalized service and resolve issues efficiently
- Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions
- Help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
- Process refunds and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
- Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
- Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate customer records
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Here are some essential qualifications and characteristics we're looking for:
- Prior customer service experience is required, with a strong focus on resolving customer complaints and issues
- Strong geographical knowledge is essential, as you'll be assisting customers with travel plans and reservations
- Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, including strong listening and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and anticipate situations
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and navigating multiple applications
