Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Success Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while working from home. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of calls and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for verifying data and information, documenting customer interactions, and meeting or exceeding all managed metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and respond to challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents
- Assist and troubleshoot customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Verify data and information using a verification process
- Address customer questions while displaying exceptional customer service skills
- Document both customer concerns and solutions
- Meet or exceed all managed metrics
- Keep your community safe and make a difference

Requirements
* Ambitious customer-focused individual with a strong desire to make a difference
- One year of Call Center, Sales, or leadership experience
- Strong computer skills with dual monitor experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes while adhering to scheduled breaks/lunches in accordance with business needs
- Ability to work from home with internet in a quiet area
- Computer connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi
