Experienced Full Stack Network Engineer – Network Infrastructure Support and Development

We're now seeking an experienced Full Stack Network Engineer to join our U.S. and Canada Engineering teams, supporting the network infrastructure (Call Centers and Data Centers) spanning several countries. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in designing, configuring, and deploying network infrastructure, performing hardware refreshes, and implementing remote access VPN solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) – Campus and Data Center

• Perform hardware refreshes (primarily Cisco routers, switches, firewalls)
• Implement remote access VPN solutions, site-to-site VPNs, GRE tunnels, and DMVPN
• Configure firewall access requests
• Complete routing changes
• Rack, cable, and label in the Data Center as needed
• Create and maintain diagrams and documentation
• Work ticket requests
• Provide on-shift outage escalation support from our NOC
• Participate in on-call support coverage

Qualifications:

* CCNP and above, or equivalent experience

• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of LAN and WAN technologies
• Advanced troubleshooting and configuration experience with routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (vPC, Etherchannel, Stackwise, VSS), and firewalls
• Should be well-versed in route redistribution
• Experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches
• Familiar with VRF configurations
• SD-WAN and ACI experience would be a plus

• Experience with network management tools and software
• Familiarity with industry-standard network devices and equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Experience with network security and compliance
• Familiarity with cloud-based network infrastructure
• Experience with automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
• Certification in network security or compliance (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP)
