Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and building strong relationships with our customers. You will be working in a remote work-from-home environment, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and customer communication
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers to ensure they understand our services
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial team as needed
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and first call resolution rates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
