What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Experience Champion at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to individuals seeking insurance solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs.
Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales
, including accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to provide follow-up support.
Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner.
- Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services.
