Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Customer Experience II, you'll play a critical role in crafting arenaflex's approach to collecting, measuring, and making sense of customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the CX Director to identify new ways to collect feedback from customers
- Owning the customer experience calendar of survey distributions
- Acting as a catalyst for creative thinking and non-traditional solutions through brainstorms and product planning meetings
- Collaborating with internal teams passionate about providing digital improvements to the customer journey
- Collaborating with external agencies or contractors as needed
- Partnering cross-functionally with product teams, steering committees, critical initiative reporting, financial planning & analysis, multiple IT architecture domains, and more!
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of experience with SQL and CoreXM
- Experience in the survey lifecycle, including requirements gathering, survey construction, response rate optimization, and results analysis
- Collaboration skills with external partners and digital product teams
- A true passion for digital customer experience as well as being a creative thought-leader; experience working with transformation initiatives and agile environments is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued:
- Experience working with customer experience management tools and platforms
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
