Responsibilities

- Engage with customers in real-time: Utilize online chat platforms to interact with customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Resolve customer issues and complaints: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction. - Provide accurate product information and guidance: Offer accurate and up-to-date product information, guidance, and recommendations to assist customers in making informed decisions. - Collaborate with team members: Work closely with team members to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve satisfaction goals, and maintain a positive and supportive team environment. - Maintain detailed records: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions for future reference, ensuring that customer history and preferences are accurately documented.

Requirements
