Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist in our Scheduling Department, you will be responsible for handling and resolving email requests from dedicated clients and interpreters, assisting with phone calls, and maintaining accurate database information. You will work closely with our team to ensure efficient scheduling processes, manage inbound interpreter calls and inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and interpreters.

Responsibilities

* Handle and resolve email requests from dedicated clients and interpreters related to scheduling, serving as the first point of contact

  • Assist with answering clients/interpreters calls, when needed
  • Efficiently input data and maintain accurate database information
  • Manage all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries
  • Manage all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments
  • Manage all appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both arenaflex and client service levels for securing interpreters to appointments
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager

Key Skills and Qualifications

* Possess the ability to handle stressful and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner while working with internal and external clients

  • Professional communication skills; verbal and written
  • Proficiency with standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with other web-based applications
  • Ability to excel in a demanding, dynamic, and team-based working environment
  • 2 years of experience in customer service
  • 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems

  • Full-time schedule: 36 hours/week, with Friday-Sunday 12-hour shifts
