We're seeking an experienced Associate Manager, In-Store (Customer Experience) to help drive our Going Out product, a seamless and exciting dining experience that combines discovery, exclusive in-store discounts, and VIP experiences.

About the Role

As an Associate Manager, In-Store (Customer Experience), you'll own critical pieces of the customer go-to-market strategy for Going Out. You'll report to our Director of In-Store and work on some of the most urgent projects as we prepare to scale our product nationwide. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and collaborating on critical components of our business, including the Going Out customer journey, the Going Out interaction with DashPass, in-app conversion, monthly retention, and order frequency
  • Designing and executing experiments to learn about new products we may bring into the Going Out tab
  • Conducting regular customer research and collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams
  • Building, strategizing, experimenting, implementing, analyzing, and influencing to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

We're Excited About You Because...

* You have 4+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, design, investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, business operations, or related experience

  • You have an established track record of achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles
  • You have experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels across a variety of job responsibilities
  • You can translate high-level goals into applicable plans and action items
  • You have excellent Excel skills and SQL knowledge is a bonus

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range of $98,600 - $145,000 USD, determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. arenaflex also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
