Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – Conversational AI and Machine Learning Operations at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying conversational AI and machine learning models that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop data-driven solutions, and implement AI-powered applications that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI and machine learning models using natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support AI and machine learning applications
- Work with cloud-based platforms, such as Azure and Google Cloud, to deploy and manage AI and machine learning models
- Develop and implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to evaluate AI and machine learning model performance
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop and deploy AI-powered applications that improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in data-driven decision-making
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in conversational AI, machine learning, or NLP
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Azure and Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with NLP and voice biometrics
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as Azure and Google Cloud
- Experience with MLOps and data engineering
- Strong understanding of data visualization and storytelling
- Experience with retail or healthcare industry
