Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Representative, you'll play a critical role in engaging with customers online, providing expert guidance on insurance options, and guiding them through important choices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients through online platforms, chat support, and video calls to understand their needs and preferences
- Providing expert guidance on life, health, auto, and property insurance options, utilizing digital tools to analyze client needs and recommend suitable policies
- Managing end-to-end online policy applications and issuing electronic policy documents to ensure seamless customer experiences

Compensation and Benefits
