Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers. You'll be responsible for obtaining the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences, while also providing support for other office functions as needed. This role requires a thorough understanding of arenaflex practices, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a seamless experience every day and everywhere

  • Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences
  • Offer solutions and support to meet customer needs, using company resources to gather information and provide assistance
  • Answer and place calls in a professional manner, with a focus on call resolution and quality
  • Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including chat and email customer support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, time to place follow-up calls, and resolution rates

Essential Qualifications

* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient with office equipment, including computers, phones, and software applications
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Suite and typing speed of 45 WPM
  • Professional appearance and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or customer service industry

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and its processes
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
