Position Overview
As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for handling live chat inquiries from customers. This is a non-phone support role, ideal for those who prefer written communication. You'll answer questions, offer support, and ensure a positive customer experience all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
- Provide accurate, friendly, and professional support
- Follow scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistency
- Document interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records
- Work closely with the internal support team to escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace during your shift
Requirements:
* Must be a U.S. resident
- Must be 25 years or older
- No previous experience needed – full training provided
- Strong written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, online chat platforms)
- Reliable internet connection and home workstation
- Must pass a background check (required prior to hiring)
- Ability to stay focused and meet deadlines while working independently
Schedule & Pay:
* Full-time: 8 hours/day
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Flexible shifts available
- Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour (based on performance and experience)
