Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for generating leads, responding to customer inquiries, and closing sales via chat. Key Responsibilities
* Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, follow up with leads, and encourage them to place an order
- Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
- Handle customer phone calls or assign leads to our closers to ensure a smooth sales process
- Meet or exceed sales targets and generate a minimum of 20 daily leads on Facebook Marketplace
