Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, online chat, and email. You'll work closely with our global team to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a full-time, remote position, and you'll be expected to work from home with your own equipment.

Key Responsibilities

* Verify customer eligibility and answer general questions

  • Reset passwords, upload documents, and assist with creating accounts
  • Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with the global team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Additional Skills & Qualifications

* Must be able to provide their own computer/laptop with working camera for the first 3 weeks of training

  • Must not have any requested time off during the 3 weeks of training
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms a plus

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, computer science)

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Customer Experience Professional)

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
