Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet customer needs
- Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily
- Able to attend 4 weeks of training full-time, Tuesday - Saturday, between the hours of 10:00AM - 6:30PM CST
- Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling after completion of training
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
