Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
Customer Liaison:
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
Order Management:
Answer incoming customer calls, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with order status, product-related problems, and technical support.
Documentation and Tracking:
Initiate and track documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations.
Customer Satisfaction:

Teamwork and Collaboration:

Standardized Order Entry Process:
Follow a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders submitted electronically or by fax, within the specified timeframes.
Communication and Follow-up:
Inform customers of standard procedures when placing an order and follow up (verbally or in writing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You Need:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
2+ Years of Work Experience:
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
High School Diploma or Equivalent:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic Reading and Math Skills:
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
Safety Awareness:
Ability to adhere to safety-related issues, including good housekeeping, ergonomics practices, documentation, and team concepts.
PC Literacy:
Proficiency in using modern office procedures, including personal computers, fax machines, and copy machines.
