Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Scheduling appointments and managing anniversary calendars with precision and attention to detail

• Preparing and coding orders for billing/invoicing using data processing reports, guaranteeing accurate billing and financial management
• Assisting in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, delivering exceptional customer experiences
