Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by understanding and anticipating customer needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a positive customer experience by understanding and anticipating customer needs
  • Assisting in training store team members and following supervisors' instructions
  • Providing expertise in printing, signs, graphics, and shipping product lines
  • Resolving customer problems quickly and satisfactorily
  • Taking complex customer orders and providing accurate pricing information
  • Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping, including weighing and labeling packages
  • Setting up and operating printing and binding equipment using customer-supplied media
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
  • Processing financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal, including cash handling
  • Cleaning, repairing, and stocking retail store equipment and supplies
  • Staying current on retail store merchandising materials and ensuring proper product display
  • Completing required financial paperwork and assisting with financial reporting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience working in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of printing, signs, graphics, and shipping product lines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
