Responsibilities
As a Retail Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by understanding and anticipating customer needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a positive customer experience by understanding and anticipating customer needs
- Assisting in training store team members and following supervisors' instructions
- Providing expertise in printing, signs, graphics, and shipping product lines
- Resolving customer problems quickly and satisfactorily
- Taking complex customer orders and providing accurate pricing information
- Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping, including weighing and labeling packages
- Setting up and operating printing and binding equipment using customer-supplied media
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
- Processing financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal, including cash handling
- Cleaning, repairing, and stocking retail store equipment and supplies
- Staying current on retail store merchandising materials and ensuring proper product display
- Completing required financial paperwork and assisting with financial reporting
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 6+ months of specialized experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
