Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Cashier and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Building loyalty by ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the shopping experience
• Providing an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store
• Offering additional products and services such as home delivery, credit card, and arenaflex Family card
• Resolving customer concerns independently to meet their unique needs and expectations
• Providing friendly, safe, and efficient car loading and unloading services
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year sales or customer service experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment

• Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
