Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Retail Associate/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding and purchasing the right products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

As a Retail Associate/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Assist customers in locating products in the store, providing detailed information and advice on our natural products
• Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist in receiving inventory, replenishing shelves, and organizing back stock to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and customer experience
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide exceptional customer service
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and industry developments
• Contribute to the development of arenaflex's community-focused initiatives and events

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Previous experience in the natural products industry, although not essential, is highly preferred
• A strong interest in natural health and wellness, with a passion for learning about new products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
• Ability to work cooperatively in a small team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating the point-of-sale system
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Working Hours

Our store operates from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends. The position requires availability on Saturdays and possibly Sundays. We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs, with opportunities for overtime and professional development.
