Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing Superior Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answering Phones: Respond to calls in a friendly manner, using our information script to provide accurate and helpful information.
• Greeting Members: Welcome new members, sign them up, and provide tours of our facilities.
• Logging Amenities: Accurately record member usage of our amenities, ensuring that our facilities are clean, sanitized, and safe.
• Processing Purchases: Process beverage and merchandise purchases through our point-of-sale system, providing a seamless and efficient experience for our members.
• Promoting Fitness Classes: Encourage our members to participate in our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF), promoting a Judgement Free fitness experience that fosters growth and motivation.
• Maintaining a Clean Environment: Ensure that our facilities are clean, sanitized, and safe for our members, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Basic Computer Proficiency: You should be comfortable using computers and have basic proficiency in software applications.

Physical Demands

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to:

• Frequently Lift, Carry, Push, and Pull: You'll need to lift up to 75 pounds, carry, push, and pull objects as needed.
• Encounter Cleaning Chemicals: You may be exposed to cleaning chemicals during your shift.
• Frequent Climbing, Balancing, Kneeling, and Crouching: You'll need to climb, balance, kneel, and crouch frequently during your shift.
• Continual Reaching: You'll need to reach with your hands, fingers, and arms continually during your shift.
