Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Operating the register and handling cash transactions
  • Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
  • Working with our food program and providing excellent customer care
  • Leading shifts and supervising a team of employees
  • Maintaining store appearance and ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Retail and customer service experience
  • Entry-level management experience
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Preferred Qualifications
